The time has come to put theoretical knowledge into practice! During the meeting, participants of the Zero Waste module presented the results of the social projects they had been working on for several weeks.

Let’s learn about the actions of some of them:
The “Green Paws” group organized zero-waste workshops where we created accessories for animals. Toys and scent mats are made from old and unnecessary materials. The pets were thrilled! The toys were donated to an animal shelter in Krakow. To learn more, visit their profile: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556958345860

The Eco-Consultants worked on the “Eco-Event Consultant” project, aiming to assist organizations in planning events in line with the zero waste idea. During the testing phase of the project, participants deepened their knowledge of green practices in event organization, conducted a case study of an event planned for May, and developed eco-friendly recommendations dedicated to this event (what’s more, some of them will be implemented!).

Another group prepared a series of podcasts called “Taste of Experience” and took us into the world of conversations and podcasts on ecological topics. Participants engaged in discussions with seniors about:
– Saving energy and water in their homes,
– Choosing ecological products,
– Eliminating plastic waste,
– Implementing simple yet effective tricks for sustainable living.
