How to create your own Zero Waste project?
Participants of the “zero waste in practice” module in Poland took part in training, during which they received a dose of knowledge on creating and managing social projects. In the next part, during the “Let’s live zero waste!” Hackathon – generating social projects for the immediate environment, they worked in smaller groups on their ideas, taking into account several valuable pieces of advice they received from their mentor:
– Think globally, act locally
– The target group should be within our environment’s reach
– Prepare a detailed action plan
– Specify what you need and what goals you want to achieve
Participants have a few weeks to refine and implement their project, and the results of their work will be presented at the concluding meeting.
