Duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>01.10.2022-31.12.2024<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAcademy for Responsible Development\u201d project in the face of the climate crisis, we would like to strengthen education and awareness of the youth towards sustainable development, which will result in preparing young people for conscious and active participation in socio-economic life and democratic society.<\/p>\n<p>Main aim of the project is to increase the awareness and social involvement of young people in the field of sustainable development through the creation and operation of the Academy for Responsible Development.<\/p>\n<p>The project will develop an innovative tool for working with youth &#8211; the model of the Academy of Responsible Development, which will be included in the guide &#8220;How to educate young people in the field of sustainable development&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The academy model as part of the pilot will be tested in parallel in 3 partner countries, in Poland, Italy and Turkey among min. 100 young people aged 18-30. During the pilot, a number of activities activating youth will take place and educational materials will be created on contemporary climate and social problems, which will be made available on the VOD platform.<br \/>\nAfter the evaluation of the pilot, the model of the Academy will be improved and the final version of the guide will be created, which will be published in electronic form in all languages of the partner countries, as well as in English and Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<p>The guide &#8220;How to educate young people in the field of sustainable development&#8221; and the VOD platform on which high-quality educational materials on sustainable development will be collected will be used by young people for self-learning or by people or institutions working with youth in Poland and other European countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Young people<\/li>\n<li>Youth workers<\/li>\n<li>Sustainability advocates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project stages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage 1: Development of the educational model of the Academy of Responsible Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first stage of work involves the development of the model of the Academy for Responsible Development and the preparation of a working version of the guide. At this stage, an educational VOD will also be prepared, which will collect materials created during the pilot of the Responsible Academy..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage 2: Pilot and improvement of the Responsible Development Academy model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pilot of the Academy for Responsible Development will be conducted in each of the countries involved in the project. It will be a series of meetings, workshops and masterclasses carried out as part of the main thematic modules of the Academy: Energy, Zero waste, Society of High Competences, Sustainable Finance Policy, Solar energy and Food Recycling. The meetings will be attended by people aged 16-30 who are interested in sustainable development, economy of values and look at new solutions with curiosity.
